Partnership agreeement reached with Valeo
News: VALEO, a French multinational publicly tradeed and active in the automotive industry and specialized in the production of car components with offices in 32 countries, almost 100 thousand employees, 155 production plants and 58 research and development centers, chooses Punto Netto to carry out visual inspections on clutches that will compose the new 7DCT300 transmission produced by GETRAG in Bari.
In the light of the excellent work performed at the Modugno plant as a unique service provider for the Korean group YOUNGSIN, a company that cooperates in the production of the new GDTAG 7DCT300 transmission through the suppling of d screws, nuts and thermoformed bolts, Punto Netto was also chosen by VALEO to carry out an accurate visual inspections on the clutches produced on the doubt of the presence of foreign bodies that the same head company, always focused to every qualitative aspect, has decided to deepen.
Specifically, the clutches produced by the French multinational VALEO will be the setting of the new 7DCT300 transmission, a 7-speed device never performed before, able to apply, for the double-clutch technology in an oil bath.
GETRAG, one of the world's largest automotive gearbox and transmission manufacturers, part of the Canadian company MAGNA International, has invested heavily in the production of this new gearbox and therefore welcomed the partnership agreement signed right in Bari between Punto Netto and VALEO.
The great experience on the clutches, gained since many years of collaboration with LUK convinced VALEO to rely on the Irpina company of the CEO Gaetano Griso as the preferred partner for these quality inspections on the clutch of the new 7DCT300 gearbox.
