In the Modugno headquarter near Bari is active our Metrology Room, a real Metrology laboratory where it is possible to carry out the most accurate and advanced dimensional checks on small and medium-sized components. Reference point for Puglia and all of Southern Italy.

Thanks to our Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM) Coord 3 it is possible to carry out dimensional checks, analyzes and surface reconstructions both on site and in the factories and mechanical workshops that request them. The Coord3 Universal is a cutting-edge machine, certified by Accredia according to the UNI EN ISO 10360-2: 2010 standard, characterized by performance at the top of the category and configured with indexable motorized tool heads, continuous point-to-point, and laser probes.

We also carry out millesimal checks through dedicated precision instruments such as altimeters, gauges, micrometers and comparators, in order to further reduce the margins of error in processing.

In this way we extend the operational life of industrial productions such as wind turbines, stators, turbines, valves, pumps, compressors, heat exchangers, pressure tanks, ensuring that all these components meet the specific conditions connected to them and operate safely and efficient throughout their life cycle.
