Types of data processed and purposes of processing
The Owner will process the data that the user spontaneously inserts by the forms on the site (Career / Qua.Sy.Mod. - Credential Request) and the data voluntarily communicated by sending your Curriculum Vitae (received by mail, e-mail, social networks, portals of intersection between demand and supply of work and other online and offline methods).
Data will be processed to follow up the requests received and to begin the selection processes within the company aimed at assessing the user’s profiles who are canididates compared to the needs to expand the staff of the Owner.
Legal basis of the treatment
The processing of data provided by the user through the forms on the site will be subject to explicit consent.
Moreover, for users who are already customers of the Owner and who request access’ credentials to the Qua.Sy.Mod. software, the data processing will be necessary for the execution of a contract of which the iperson concerned is a part or for the execution of pre-contractual measures adopted at the request of the same.
In the end, the Owner will process the data provided for the pursuit of their legitimate interests (art. 6 letter f of GDPR 2016/679) related to the processes of personnel’s selection originated by the reception of the Curriculum Vitae of the candidate user.
The provision of data for the purposes described above is necessary and mandatory and any refusal to provide such data makes it impossible to provide the services requested.
Methods of data processing and storage times
The Owner shall process the personal data of the users adopting appropriate security measures to prevent unauthorised access, disclosure, modification or destruction.
We inform you that the data will be processed in a mixed electronic and paper format using computer and/or telematic tools, with organisational methods and with logic strictly related to the purposes indicated; no automated decision-making processes will be used on the data processed.
According to Article 5, paragraph 1, point e) of the Regulation, we inform you that your personal data will be processed for the period strictly necessary to carry out the activities and for the following ten years from the date of acquisition of the same.
Area of communication and dissemination of data
The personal data processed will not be subject to disclosure but of possible communication to well-defined subjects. On the basis of the roles and duties performed, the internal and external staff is entitled to the treatment within the limits of its powers and in accordance with the instructions given by the Owner. The same data may be communicated to persons entitled to access them under the provisions of law, regulations and standards.
The user's data will not be transferred by us to third countries or international organizations outside the EU.
Rights of the data subject
As statedor in Chapter III of the Regulation, the subjects to whom the personal data refer may exercise specific rights, at any time, against the Owner, as set out below:
- right of access to personal data (art. 15, paragraph 1);
- right of rectification (art. 16) of personal data that are inaccurate and possible integration of personal data that are incomplete, including by providing an additional statement;
- the right to erasure (Article 17(1));
- the right to limit the processing of personal data (art. 18);
- right to data portability (art. 20, paragraph 1), providing all the exact details of the new Data Controller to whom you intend to transfer personal data with written authorization;
- right of opposition (art. 21, paragraph 2) and Recital 70;
- right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority.
Furthermore, as provided for in the Regulation, if you have given your consent to the processing of personal data for one or more purposes for which it was requested, you may, at any time, withdraw it in whole and/or in part without prejudice to the lawfulness of the processing, based on the consent given before the withdrawal (Article 6, paragraph 1, letter a), or Article 9, paragraph 2, letter a).
Changes to this Privacy Policy
The Owner reserves the right to partially or fully modify the Privacy Policy or to update its content, publishing any updates on this website.
