News: Qua.Sy.Mod., the exclusive Punto Netto software to support sorting activities, from beta phase has reached the stable version. This project has been strongly wanted by our general management and supported, during the pilot phase, by quality department of FMA leaded by Mr Giuseppe Spina. We say thank to Mr Giuseppe Spina, and all his team, for their patience and collaboration. Qua.Sy.Mod., which has always been open to all advices for improvement, little by little has added new functions (sampling, inventory, audit) to cover all needs of customers and plants.
These last months have completely been dedicated to improve the software usability and receiving and reading simplification of data sorting. So we have improved the software home page that collects now, in one sight, the main data of sorting activity and highlights, by simple icons, the road map of whole activity. Also the results page, in yard section, has received a restyling that make it clearer: In particular the sorting chart has been balanced, the graphic frame has been expanded with the possibility to choose the defects pareto and batches pareto, in adding the rolling chart has been improved with the possibility reference period. Moreover for the demanding people , that needs an accurate data analysis, now is possible to collect data on different variables clicking on corresponding button or, instead, to simplify choosing only the identifications of interest.
But it is not the end, the last effort of our programmers has been to supply to Qua.Sy.Mod. of an automatic email service. This service can send up to date data sorting with the wished regularity: a real comfort for those who temporary cannot use web access or simply who finds the consulting of the excel file, received by email, more comfortable.
To allow to our users to fully enjoy the unlimited information that our web system can give, we will publish tutorial videos that make possible a faster and productive web surfing, next days. The first video will be dedicated to the last new, the automatic email, that are already receiving a positive feedback Qua.Sy.Mod. is the main one of Punto Netto: a new web system, modern, the most advanced on the market today, light years ahead of the usual charts that our competitors are able to offer.
